A range of smartphones OPPO Reno 8 will be officially presented on May 23, in China, its country of origin. However, even before their market launch, the three Android smartphones will be available for pre-purchase through various sales platforms in the country. Best of all? We already have several images of the smartphones in question.
First we will have the models OPPO Reno 8, OPPO Reno 8 Proas well as the model OPPO Reno 8 Pro+ (Plus). That is, a new mid-range and mid-range/high-end trio with notable features. Additionally, the design and color schemes of the products are just as nice and should arrive later in Europe.
This is the general appearance of the OPPO Reno 8 smartphone
We have access to the different color palettes of the various models which display a dull plastic finish, but with noticeable texture. Moreover, the different devices seem to share the same design for the rear panel.
Above we see the supposed OPPO Reno 8 in blue with a color gradient and texture visible on its dashboard. Shortly after, further down we have the same cell phone in the lighter color scheme, with hints of iridescent color permeating the image.
OPPO Reno 8 will be available in three color schemes
The smartphone has relatively thin bezels, although the bottom edge is considerably thicker than the top edge. This fact prevents it from having a more symmetrical and generally nicer look, although this is subjective.
In addition, we see that the screen has the front camera perforation. That is, a screen-piercing camera, located in the hole in the upper left corner of the mobile devices in question.
Above we also see the black color scheme for the base model, OPPO Reno 8 and its primary camera layout with three elements. We also see the LED flash on the ring which completes the design of this photo island.
Next are the OPPO Reno 8 Pro and Reno 8 Pro+ (Plus) models, both available in three color schemes. Specifically, they will arrive in Slightly Drunk (according to the direct translation), Clear Sky Blue (blue), as well as Night Tour Black (black).
OPPO Reno 8 Pro and Reno 8 Pro+ must use MariSilicon X chipset
Although the reference to this image processor developed by OPPO and present in the most advanced models of the Find X5 range is not clear, we can mention the possible mention of the MariSilicon X in the camera island, at the back.
It’s also important to note that the image above depicts the Reno 8 Pro, a model that will be available with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Moreover, it will also arrive with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
The most advanced will be the OPPO Reno 8 Pro+
The top model, OPPO Reno 8 Pro+, will also come in two RAM and internal storage configurations. Namely, we will have 8 GB + 128 GB, as well as 12 GB + 256 GB of RAM and internal memory for this smartphone.
Unfortunately we don’t have the indication of more technical specifications for this trio of Android smartphones. However, leaks suggest the use of MediaTek’s Dimensity 1300, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 and MediaTek’s Dimensity 8100 processors for the OPPO Reno 8, Reno 8 Pro and Reno 8 Pro+ models respectively.
Finally, we now await its official presentation in China, when we will have confirmation not only of its technical characteristics, but also of its price and general availability.
