Wargaming, developer and publisher of World of Warships and World of Warships: Legends, is releasing content-rich updates for its two main naval combat MMOs this week. The PC version includes the Tier VIII Brazilian battleship Atlântico, now available for construction at the Clydebank Shipyard. Starting with the release of the update on May 19, players will have up to three weeks to complete the objectives and purchase this ship in Brazil.

Additionally, a new fleet of French cruisers will be available in the update that players can get, along with new content from Azur Lane as part of the partnership with the hugely popular anime and mobile game. Console players can experience the new Pan-European Destroyers in Early Access in World of Warships: Legends and participate in the five-week Back to Belfast campaign to win the powerful Tier VII version of Belfast ’43.

New ships, seasons and more in World of Warships for PC

In addition to the availability of the Brazilian battleship Atlântico at the shipyard, three new French cruisers are making their debut in this update. Available in Early Access for players, Tier VIII Cherbourg, Tier IX Brest, and Tier X Marseille Command; all with high-caliber weaponry and deadly close-range firepower.

Azur Lane also returns to the high seas. Camouflages for the Iowa, Indomitable, and Shōkaku ships become available in the update, along with 6 new commanders, including the famous Bismarck and New Jersey, as well as commemorative flags. AL Aurora and AL Azuma will expand the Azur Lane ship roster in the game.

To top off the update, players will also be able to research the full set of Italian destroyers, take part in new seasons of Ranked Battles and Clans. There’s also the return of fan-favorite game mode Arms Race in Random and Co-op Battles.

Pan-European ships in World of Warships: Legends for consoles

Leading this update, World of Warships: Legends sees seven Pan-European ships docking in Early Access. One Polish cruiser and six Swedish destroyers have been introduced, ranging from Tier I Gryf to Tier VI Skåne. Tier VII Östergötland and this range of rapid-fire destroyers will be researchable at the start of the next update. Additionally, two new commanders are joining the fleets: Conrad Helfrich, a universal pan-European commander, and Stig Hansson Ericson, a dedicated destroyer commander.

The Back to Belfast campaign was also released as part of this update. Those who complete it with active Admiralty Backing will acquire a powerful version of the iconic Tier VII cruiser Belfast ’43. Players can also enter the new bidding system, offering doubloons and credits in community bundles, which contain a variety of items. This update also brings three new Arena Seasons and marks the return of most Arms Race bonuses.
